The Master’s Helping Hands, Inc. does house and window cleaning in the greater Fresno-Clovis area. We work in teams of two or three people. We provide all supplies and equipment. Our employees must be able to climb ladders. Bending, stooping, crawling, lifting, and carrying items up to 30 pounds are a regular part of the job. Further, our employees will come in contact with dust, cleaning solutions, and other substances which may aggravate any allergy or asthma problems. Dogs, cats and other pets may be present during cleaning. Employees with vision problems may need to wear corrective lens.
Employees must provide their own transportation to and from the office. We provide transportation during the workday. A driver’s license and insurable driving record are required. Applicants must also present proof of their right to work in the United States.
Every new employee is trained in our way of housecleaning. The training program lasts from 30 to 60 days, depending upon the person. Employees that do not reach our cleaning and speed standards within the 60 days may be terminated. Employees will receive regular raises based on merit as long as they are employed. Employees are paid overtime according to law.
We have full-time positions. We work Monday through Friday during the daytime. We do not work nights and weekends. Everyone is expected to be at work at 7:30 a.m. The ending time can be different each day, depending upon the jobs (usually 3 – 5 p.m.). Overtime may be necessary.
Non-smoking, Drug-free Company
This is a non-smoking, drug-free company. All employees must be able to go an entire workday without smoking. All employees must be able to read, write, and speak English. After 90 days of continuous full-time employment, employees qualify for paid holidays and paid time off.
